What lettering styles do you have? Where can I see them?
Many lettering styles are available. Please select the link below for the following:

If you cannot find a font style you are looking for, please send us an email with your recommendation. We will review your request, and see if we can accommodate your desired font style.
What size will my design and lettering be?
The embroidery field is approximately 5" x 9" - with the design and lettering generally made as large as possible within that field. Some items are too small for these dimensions. In that case the embroidery is done to the scale of the item being embroidered.
How will you determine the size of the monogram?
Monograms traditionally consist of three initials with the initial of the last name larger and in the middle. A monogram can also be done all one size, or, with the last initial appearing last. All of our designs assume you are selecting the traditional set up, unless otherwise requested.
What are my available thread colors?

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that different computers and monitors display color differently.
If you cannot find a font color you are looking for, please send us an email with your recommendation. We will review your request, and see if we can accommodate your desired thread color.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipment is made by priority mail. If sent by priority mail, the purchaser will receive an email with the tracking number. Priority mail is only available for orders mailed within the US.
Can I order from Memento if I am outside the United States?
Memento ships to all of the United States and Canada. If you live in another location outside of the US or Canada, please email us for a custom quote for shipping. Please note, all prices quoted are in US currency.
How can I see a photo of the finished product?
If you are sending the item as a gift and would like to see a photo of the item, please notify us at the time that the order is submitted. During peak times of the year, including holiday seasons, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
What forms of payment does Memento accept?
Memento accepts the following payment types:

Each product is custom made in the order it was received. Memento will ship the item within 7-10 days, unless the item specifies a longer delivery time. If you need the item sooner, please email us with your request and we will do our best to accomodate you.
I need my order sent in a hurry to give as a gift, how soon can I get it?
We also offer RUSH orders, if needed (not available on all products). RUSH orders will be shipped within 3 Days (if available) with an additional charge of $10. You must notify Memento if you require a RUSH order. |
